Get to know your provider Marli

We sat down to talk with Marli Ehrlich, PA-C about her work at RegenCen in Palm Beach and Wellington, Florida, her hands-on experience with regenerative treatments like PRF, and what it really takes to help patients feel like themselves again before things ever reach a breaking point.

Tell us a little about yourself. Where do you live, and what do you enjoy outside of work?
I live in Boca Raton, Florida, which is a little south of our current clinic locations. Outside of work, I love going for walks, traveling, working out, and spending time with my friends and family. I’m also recently engaged, which has been very exciting.

Before joining RegenCen and CSLC, where did you work?
Before this, I worked in pediatric ENT surgery in Boynton Beach, Florida.

Have you experienced regenerative treatments personally?
Yes. I’ve had PRF in my hip twice, and I’ve also done PRF for hair restoration. It’s helped both my hip and my hair significantly. I’ve also done PRF for under-eye rejuvenation, which I love. The results can be very subtle but incredibly effective.

What do you hear most often from patients who are beginning to explore regenerative or longevity care?
A lot of people come in feeling off. They might not be able to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong, but they feel like they’re starting to feel older or not quite like themselves. Many just want to maintain how they feel, age gracefully, and feel confident in their own skin.

What advice would you give someone who knows something feels off but doesn’t know where to begin?
I’d say trust that feeling and don’t ignore it. Listen to your body, advocate for yourself, and find a provider who takes the time to look at you as a whole person, not just a single symptom.

Is there a patient story that stands out to you?
One that really stands out is hearing about patients who felt dismissed elsewhere, whether by an OB-GYN or a primary care provider, and were told certain therapies weren’t an option for them. When they come to us, they feel heard. We take the time to listen, explain, and support them, and that trust makes a huge difference. Seeing patients feel better and finally feel supported is incredibly rewarding.

What regenerative treatment has surprised you most in terms of results?
PRF, without a doubt. Seeing how versatile it is, whether for hair restoration, joint support, or used topically with microneedling, has been incredible. The results across different applications really stand out.

What do you wish more people understood about regenerative medicine?
I wish more people knew it’s not about a quick fix or chasing trends. It’s about supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and function better. The improvements can feel subtle at first, but the long-term impact on quality of life can be meaningful.

How do you see regenerative and hormone-based care evolving for women over the next decade?
I see it becoming much more proactive rather than reactive. Women are starting to come in earlier, before symptoms become overwhelming. As education continues to improve, women will feel more empowered and confident when it comes to their hormonal health, sexual health, and overall well-being.

What’s your favorite part about working at RegenCen and CSLC?
The emphasis on education. Not just for patients, but for providers too. It’s a collaborative environment where we listen, share experiences, and keep learning from one another. That kind of teamwork is how medicine should be practiced.

Just for fun. If you weren’t in medicine, what would you be doing? And what’s your coffee order?
If I weren’t in medicine, I’d probably be fostering dogs full-time. As for coffee, I’m a dirty chai latte person, but with two shots of espresso instead of one.
